Senior Product Leadership
Commerce · Marketplaces · Creator Commerce · Fulfillment · AI/LLM Product Strategy
I build and scale commerce, marketplace, fulfillment, and AI-enabled product systems — from early-stage product strategy to global product organizations.
Previously led product work across Meta, TikTok, Grab, and Linktree — spanning seller enablement, creator commerce, dispatch, logistics, partner ecosystems, and AI-enabled product strategy.
Most recently focused on angel investing, product diligence, and CPO-style product strategy across African e-commerce, delivery, shopping, and fulfillment ventures.
Open to senior product leadership conversations across commerce, marketplaces, AI commerce, creator commerce, fulfillment, logistics, and consumer platforms.
A SHIFT IN HOW VALUE MOVES
AI Meets Commerce
The next era of technology won’t just make commerce more efficient — it will reshape how value is discovered, moved, exchanged, and experienced. My product thesis centers on three frontiers:
01.
APPLIED AI FOR COMMERCE INFRASTRUCTURE
AI shouldn’t just optimize commerce — it should help operate it.
I focus on systems where:
AI agents recommend, negotiate, and transact with increasing autonomy
Dispatch and routing systems adapt dynamically to real-time demand
Fulfillment interfaces adjust to buyer context, intent, and language
→ The long-term view: commerce built on autonomous decision systems.
02.
NEW OWNERSHIP MODELS & MARKET DYNAMICS
Marketplaces are moving beyond simple transactions — toward participation, personalization, and operating leverage.
I focus on systems that enable:
Real-time marketplaces for physical and digital goods
Fractional, scheduled, and usage-based commerce models
Multi-party commerce across buyers, sellers, creators, merchants, and logistics networks
→ The future: commerce as an operating system — not just a storefront.
03.
LOGISTICS AS A LIVING SYSTEM — POWERED BY AI
Logistics shouldn’t be linear — it should be adaptive.
I focus on systems where:
Fulfillment networks self-adjust to demand
Supply models anticipate congestion, imbalance, and operational risk
Last-mile systems adapt to local context, inventory, weather, and buyer intent
→ Logistics will evolve from static infrastructure into intelligent infrastructure.
DRIVING TEAMS, PLATFORMS & GLOBAL BUSINESS OUTCOMES
PROVEN LEADERSHIP AT SCALE
I’ve led product organizations and cross-functional teams across the U.S., Southeast Asia, and African commerce markets — building platforms that move value at global scale.
My work has spanned product, engineering, data science, operations, design, and partnerships across commerce, marketplaces, creator monetization, fulfillment, dispatch, and AI-enabled product systems.
From Meta’s commerce partner ecosystem to Grab’s fulfillment and dispatch systems across hundreds of cities, I’ve built roadmaps, aligned senior teams, launched platform products, and shaped systems used by millions.
What I’ve learned: great teams don’t just execute strategy — they expose it through how systems scale. I build teams that think like system architects, not feature factories.
Case Studies — From The Field
My work lives in the real world — where product architecture moves markets, teams scale systems, and platforms generate value across regions and users.
-
Led Commerce Partner Products across Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp commerce, focused on seller activation, commerce APIs, partner integrations, and shopping-platform growth.
What I Built:
A partner product and platform layer that helped third-party sellers launch and grow stores across Meta’s commerce ecosystem — including Shopping Feed APIs, Meta Business Extensions 2.0, and integrations that increased seller engagement, new storefront creation, and partner-enabled revenue. -
Worked across TikTok Commerce, agency partners, affiliate workflows, merchant activation, and creator-commerce enablement during a period of rapid expansion in social shopping.
What I Built:
Product foundations for commerce partner workflows, agency enablement, creator monetization, affiliate operations, and merchant participation inside an entertainment-led shopping platform. -
Founded and led Linktree’s commerce partnerships function, building the company’s first suite of third-party commerce products for creators.
What I Built:
Commerce infrastructure that helped Linktree expand from link-in-bio into creator commerce — including Storefront, Gifting, Digital Collectibles, Linktree x Shopify, and partnerships with PayPal, Venmo, Square, and GoFundMe. -
Led fulfillment product strategy across dispatch, allocation, marketplace health, scaled operations, and reliability across Southeast Asia’s multi-vertical super-app environment.
What I Built:
Fulfillment and dispatch systems that helped move people, food, and parcels through a more intelligent marketplace — spanning allocation, batching, supply-demand balance, intervention tooling, and operational reliability.
Principles I Build By
The future of commerce won’t be led by feature builders — but by product leaders who understand how systems scale and value moves.
-
A product doesn’t win when it ships — it wins when it scales. I build systems that can withstand their own success.
-
User friction is not just a flaw — it is a map. The strongest product insights often live at the edge of frustration.
-
Commerce is not just a catalog — it is a movement of goods, intent, supply, demand, and trust. Any platform that moves value has to understand how value travels.
-
AI is not just a surface-level capability. Applied well, it becomes prediction, personalization, dispatch, automation, and decisioning across the product system.
-
The next generation of commerce products will not just help users consume. They will help buyers, sellers, creators, merchants, and operators participate in more valuable marketplaces.
Foundation
Before building technology platforms at scale, I trained in the disciplines of finance, strategy, leadership, and decision-making — across investment banking, military service, business school, and global markets. That foundation continues to shape how I build today.
I began my career in investment banking, first at Credit Suisse in New York and later at Renaissance Capital across Russia and Nigeria, where I worked on M&A and financing transactions across emerging markets. I later joined Citigroup’s Financial Sponsors Group in New York, advising private equity firms, hedge funds, sovereign wealth funds, and pension funds on capital markets transactions involving portfolio companies.
My operating perspective was also shaped by service in the U.S. Army, where I learned disciplined execution, leadership under pressure, and mission-oriented decision-making.
More recently, I have focused on angel investing, product diligence, and CPO-style product strategy across African e-commerce, delivery, shopping, retail enablement, and fulfillment ventures — supporting founders and operators as they move from early traction to scalable product and operating systems.
That combination — finance, military leadership, emerging-market exposure, scaled technology, and product operating experience — informs how I think about commerce, marketplaces, fulfillment, and AI-enabled product systems.
